Snap India has been a cornerstone of Snap’s growth since 2019. Snap has made significant investments in localizing the app and has successfully built a highly engaged Snapchatter community in India. We are looking for a Manager, Talent Partnerships, to join Snap based in Mumbai. In this full-time position, you will report directly to the Content and Partnership Head of Snap India. As a member of the Partnerships team, you will be entrusted with the task of expanding the Snapchat creator network nationally. You will craft strategy and focus grow Snap’s reach with emerging and community creators. This may include new creators who have started posting recently or those who are in the mid-stages of their growth journey. You will also collaborate with our local cross-functional business teams in India and the global Content and Partnerships teams.

What you’ll do

  • Design and deploy a scalable model for engaging and scaling the next wave of India’s gen-Z creators on Snap.

  • Develop go-to-market programs and own Snap’s execution with emerging and community creators.

  • Build a network of B2B partners, comprising creator agencies, organisations, and institutions and oversee Snap’s relationship with them.

  • Help partners execute projects that make use of Snapchat in creative ways and enables them to achieve their business objectives on the platform.

  • Develop innovative and impactful partnerships with measurable outcomes in alignment with strategic priorities.

  • Serve as an internal advocate within Snapchat for partners, including working with Sales, Growth, Comms and Marketing teams to drive product adoption and narrative building.

  • Define best practices, articulate and identify unique Snapchat differentiators to the creator community.

  • Track, analyse and communicate quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partners.

  • Serve as a spokesperson for Snapchat with partners.

  • Collaborate across product, engineering, user growth and other XFN teams to enable growth for partners in specific and the India business in general.


Minimum Qualifications

  • 9-12 years’ experience working in a consumer facing business, in roles such as corporate business development, strategy, consumer marketing, business partnerships or in consulting.

  • Proven expertise and track record in program and project management - should be able to develop and scale initiatives independently.

  • Experience using Snapchat and passion for growing its community in India and the world.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in consumer tech, especially digital content or video-first platforms, with a deep knowledge of and experience with the creator ecosystem.

  • Strategic thinker, who is comfortable with extracting actionable insights from large amounts of data, and use that to build and execute GTM strategies.

  • Experience in working independently and cross-functionally to drive multiple projects at the same time.

  • Experience in managing senior stakeholders and influencing decision-makers inside and outside their

  • organisations.

  • Be a self-starter, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong execution mindset.

  • Attention to detail, ability to troubleshoot and thrive in a time-sensitive, dynamic operating environment.

  • Firm command of communication and presentation skills, good executive presence and the ability to serve as a spokesperson for Snapchat with partners.
