We’re looking for a Senior Specialist, Digital Media to join Snap Inc.’s global Small and Medium Customers (SMC) organization. This role will support the paid media efforts run in-house aimed at acquiring SMC advertisers on Snapchat, and driving revenue in priority SMC segments.

The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with direct experience in running global campaigns and tracking to business goals, including monthly active users/advertisers and ROAS, in a B2B environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support Digital Media Manager with campaign set up, execution, and ongoing optimization across Google Ads, Meta, Snapchat, and other digital media channels

  • Monitor campaigns daily, surfacing optimization opportunities and strategic recommendations ongoing

  • Produce weekly business review performance reports to share across the broader team

  • Execute A/B experiments to test creatives, platform features, etc., driving performance improvements

  • Identify opportunities for market and platform expansion, diving in to region-specific performance trends

  • Partner with CRO, SEM, SEO, Content/Creative, and Data Science to ensure the alignment of digital media efforts with overall SMC marketing objectives

  • Stay up-to-date on Digital Media industry trends, technical updates, and best practices to drive innovation

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, techniques, and best practices, as well as digital marketing KPIs

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and comfort with ambiguity

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns, projects, etc., simultaneously

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive continuous improvement and innovation in digital marketing strategies and tactics

  • Proven track record of driving results and achieving performance goals through digital media initiatives

  • Advanced understanding and strong familiarity with ads platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Linkedin

  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with Microsoft Excel

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing digital media campaigns, preferably at a tech company or digital agency

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B marketing

  • Experience executing global digital media campaigns

  • Familiarity with conversion tracking and tag management

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):

The base salary range for this position is $114,000-$171,000 annually.

Zone B:

The base salary range for this position is $108,000-$163,000 annually.

Zone C:

The base salary range for this position is $97,000-$145,000 annually.

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
