We are looking for a Lead to join our Global Business Expansion team in Singapore who will be responsible for growing Snapchat’s clients’ businesses in APAC with a core focus on Korea, Vietnam, Pakistan and the Philippines. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams within Snap and our sales partners team to define GTM strategies for existing and new markets in APAC.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and manage the sales partners’ levers of growth in terms of manpower, contract, commission, pipeline and quota

  • Design the expansion strategy of current and new business opportunities

  • Deliver and report on the strategy status to the C-level internally and externally on a quarterly and weekly basis

  • Unlock incremental revenue via interactions with key accounts

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to negotiate payment terms, costs, processes and products

  • Drive efficiency in workflows to maximise profits and reduce errors and risks

  • Provide market insights and contacts to unlock new markets and identify opportunities and challenges

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience

  • 6+ years of experience in media sales, media buying, partner management, management consulting, digital advertising, and/or digital marketing

  • Strong knowledge of the advertising landscape

  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding revenue goals

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales and marketing in a sales/commission-based role to advertising agencies

  • Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally

  • Understanding of Snapchat value proposition, and the ability to describe technical or complicated ideas into plain language

  • Experience in working for matrix organizations and the ability to win the support of key internal cross-functional stakeholders

  • Proven ability to build relationships at the C-level across the business both internally and externally with market reputation

  • Direct agency executive management experience
