We are looking for a motivated, curious Working Student: Sales Coordinator, to join Snap in Stockholm!

During the 12 months contract at Snapchat, we aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience.

What you'll do:

  • Design and develop dashboards and reporting tools for operational business impact, which can be shared with sellers and/ or clients

  • Gather and analyze information, and develop and communicate recommendations

  • Drive cross-functional projects with Sales, Revenue Strategy, Sales Operations, and Product teams

  • Support the Swedish and Norwegian Sales team with ad-hoc operational tasks, such as one-off analyses, client presentations, creation of insights

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and spreadsheet skills (MS Excel or Google Sheets)

  • Social media know-how, mobile apps, and/ or digital /mobile marketing

  • Ability to rapidly run ad hoc reports and organize output effectively in spreadsheets and presentations

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and someone who feels comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization

  • Ability to multitask, think creatively, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment

  • Detail-oriented person who has a high sense of urgency and good organizational/ project managing skills

  • Someone who is self-directed and proactive

Qualifications

  • Currently in your penultimate year pursuing a bachelor's degree, or in your final year going on to study a master's, graduating in 2025. High school or college diploma or equivalent.
