We are looking for an experienced Product Strategy and Operations, Lead to join our team at Snap! In this role, you will partner closely with Ads Monetization Product Leadership to identify, prioritize, and execute initiatives that drive the business and our ambitious goals forward. This role requires a combination of technical skills , project management skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
What you’ll do:
Define data infrastructure requirements for Product insights: Collaborate with subject matter expert teams across product and data science to set up the infrastructure necessary to deliver Product Insights.
Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the success of product initiatives, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and analysis. Lead content for Weekly reviews.
Craft Product Insights by leveraging your analytical skills. Interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights to make data-driven recommendations that help drive product adoption and associated revenue.
Present Recommendations and Strategize: Partner with stakeholders across Product and Go-to-Market teams to develop action plans based on the insights and recommendations.
Serve as a bridge between product development, go-to-market and sales ensuring a 360 view on product adoption efforts and alignment and coordination across all functions.
Operational Excellence: Define, establish and maintain operational processes and frameworks to streamline product development, deployment, and performance tracking. Identify opportunities for efficiency in processes and operating models.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques and data visualization platforms, such as SQL, Tableau, Data Studio, Looker.
Ability to generate insights from data and make actionable recommendations.
Proven track record of building and optimizing operational processes, workflows, and systems to support product development and delivery.
Excellent interpersonal skills to partner cross-functionally.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and concepts to diverse audiences.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive for achieving goals and delivering impact.
Domain expertise in digital advertising, including knowledge of ad formats, targeting capabilities and familiarity with ad tech platforms.
Minimum Qualifications:
BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
7+ years experience in Product Strategy & Operations role or relevant experience
Experience in data analytics and project management
Strong ability to communicate insights and influence
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management and driving/influencing change
Proven track record of delivering on projects in a matrixed organization
An operator mindset and enjoy rolling up your sleeves to do whatever it takes to execute, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Passion for technology, social media, and digital innovation. Knowledge of the social media landscape and familiarity with Snapchat's products and platform!

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
The base salary range for this position is $138,000-$207,000 annually.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
