We’re looking for a Revenue Strategy Lead to join Snap! Working on the Revenue Strategy team, you will be tasked with providing accurate, thoughtful, and actionable analyses and insights that will help the business make informed decisions that aim to maximize revenue generation efforts. Working from our New York City office, you’ll collaborate with Sales & Agency Leadership, Finance, and various Operational teams to expand and optimize our Ad Sales financial modeling, analytics, and reporting materials. Additionally, your ownership of and participation in broader projects will require you to manage cross-functional communication & relationships.

  • Someone who can own projects/workflows from beginning to end, challenge the status quo, and hold Sales and/or XFN partners accountable

  • Experience with Salesforce, Looker, SQL, BigQuery and/or Python a plus

What you'll do:

  • Deliver consistent, accurate, and insightful revenue reporting and analyses for Sales and executive leadership by utilizing large data sets

  • Develop & maintain quarterly revenue forecasts through pacing analyses, sales pipeline evaluation, and collaboration with the Sales team

  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly advertising performance updates and forecast support

  • Contribute to regular business review presentations for executive leadership

  • Provide weekly ad sales pacing reports for visibility on actuals vs. forecasts

  • Generate quarterly revenue quotas and measure against attainment

  • Contribute to cross-functional projects with teams such as Sales, Finance, Sales Operations, and Product (e.g. annual budgeting and long-range planning processes)

  • Manage communication with key stakeholders across the organization

  • Identify and implement process improvements to eliminate inefficiencies and/or inconsistencies

  • Guide development of infrastructure to support streamlining and automation of workflows

  • Assist with ad hoc reporting and projects often for senior leadership (Sales leaders, Executive team, Board of Directors, etc.)


Minimum Qualifications

  • BA, BS or MBA degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • 7+ years of work experience preferably in Advertising Sales Finance, Media/Entertainment FP&A, or Consulting

Compensation:

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

  • Zone A (CA, WA, NYC): The base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $175,000 annually

  • Zone B: The base salary range for this position is $114,000 - $166,000 annually

  • Zone C: The base salary range for this position is $102,000 - $149,000 annually

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs
