We’re looking for a Council Facilitator II to join our People Team!

What you’ll do:

  • Lead Councils and bring innovative programming to Snap offices including group building activities, retreats, art projects and events

  • Liaise with team leads and other key partners to effectively deliver Council programming in a timely manner

  • Widen Council engagement throughout company and in support of business needs

  • Organize and own Council initiatives such as communications, calendar invites, and curriculum for Snap team members as needed

  • Responsible for completing daily administrative tasks including crafting communications, managing calendar invites and inputting engagement data

  • Attend internal team meetings, retreats and trainings

  • Facilitate in the place of other Council team members during absences

  • Stay current with Snap internal communications, update weekly Council team tracking documents, complete administrative tasks and effectively collaborate on strategic plans

  • Perform ad hoc Council-related responsibilities as needed

  • Support general development, onboarding and curriculum design as needed

  • Follow Council policies, procedures and guidelines

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to work onsite and travel as required

  • Ability to work efficiently with technology in a fast and evolving environment as a team member

  • Enjoys being a collaborator and team member

  • Experience with and able to actively demonstrate cross-cultural sensitivity

  • Possesses exemplary communication skills; both verbal and written

  • Self-starter who can produce quality work by effectively prioritizing work with specific action plans, identification of risks, and communication of goals.

  • Management of relationships with multiple internal partners

  • Expertise in Google Suite

  • A passion for people and desire to consistently be a positive influence on those around them

  • Ability to translate data to make project recommendations

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience

  • 3+ years in council or group facilitation or related experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MA related to Counseling

  • Certified Council Facilitator or Trainer

Compensation:

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

  • Zone A (CA, WA, NYC): The base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $130,000 annually

  • Zone B: The base salary range for this position is $86,000 - $124,000 annually

  • Zone C: The base salary range for this position is $77,000 - $111,000 annually

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
