We’re looking for a Senior Compensation Business Partner to join our People team!

What you’ll do:

  • Help to design, implement, and maintain compensation programs that attract, motivate, and retain top talent.

  • Help design, review, and administer incentive/bonus/merit/equity programs

  • Partner with HR Business Partners, Recruiting, and Business leaders in crafting compensation packages that are internally equitable and externally competitive

  • Contribute to the ongoing development of Snap’s compensation philosophy and ensure ongoing market competitiveness

  • Deliver compelling and relevant training and communications materials which educate and inform employees on total rewards

  • Manipulate and analyze data to distill insights and convey findings

  • Participate in a variety of compensation surveys

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to balance strategic projects and tactical day-to-day tasks

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with high attention to detail

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently

  • Experience collaborating with internal partners at all levels

  • Workday experience

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience

  • 5+ Experience working in corporate compensation or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced-level experience with Google Sheets and Excel (i.e., Modeling, validation, visualization, etc.)


In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

  • Zone A (CA, WA, NYC): The base salary range for this position is $145,000 - $210,000 annually

  • Zone B: The base salary range for this position is $138,000 - $200,000 annually

  • Zone C: The base salary range for this position is $123,000 - $179,000 annually

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
