The Ad Research & Insights team leverages thought leadership, custom analyses, ads measurement, and joint learning plans to craft insights narratives and provide prescriptive guidance as to how advertisers can drive effective and efficient ads performance on Snapchat.

We’re looking for a Group Manager, Revenue Partnerships to join our Measurement Team at Snap Inc!

What you’ll do:

  • Work with the Partnerships team to develop and execute go-to-market measurement & insights strategy for key revenue partners rooted in sound consumer research, advertiser performance, and industry knowledge. Support the long-term growth of these partnerships and drive revenue

  • Serve as a trusted expert for measurement, including educating on Snapchat’s measurement capabilities, communicating planning principles and acting as a liaison between product marketing and revenue partners. Be an evangelist of Snap’s lower funnel performance and measurement

  • Communicate complex ads measurement and thought leadership narratives to internal audiences (sales, product marketing, business marketing) and external audiences (revenue partners/clients) through co-development of written decks or blogs and presentations

  • Lead and execute measurement, research, and learning plans for key revenue partners and arm them with knowledge about Snapchat’s ad products and performances, in support of their clients’ media objectives

  • Work closely with Advertiser Solutions (sales), Ad Product, Measurement Product, Data Science, and RnD teams to evaluate, position, and improve ad-products leveraging causal and observational measurement frameworks. Serve as a trusted measurement consultant for key strategic revenue partner relationships

  • Lead the scoping and development of custom multi-study meta analysis in partnership with Data Science and R&D teams to understand the relative impact of different marketing strategies across digital platforms and media for various partners

  • Propose well-grounded solutions and flawlessly execute best-in-class ad industry thought leadership in areas of optimization, audience, testing, ad products. Develop go-to-market strategy for such work and ensure it is successfully launched with comms and marketing support

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to structure and conduct analyses to generate insight and recommendations

  • Experience in advanced analytics, data interrogation and storytelling

  • Clear and concise communication; high comfort with presenting insights and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders in both large and small forums

  • Understanding of concepts, measurement solutions, and underlying statistical fundamentals of the ads efficacy and measurement ecosystem

  • Ability to access, analyze, interpret, and communicate ads performance insights using a wide range of standard data science tooling

  • Familiarity with advanced analytical tools (e.g. SQL, R, SAS)

  • Experience in executing any measurement solutions including brand and conversion lift,

  • Understanding of applied statistics including sampling approaches, causal modeling, time series analysis, and data-mining techniques

  • Exposure to working with revenue partnerships and their needs when it comes to planning and measurement ; expertise in performance marketing is a must

  • A solid understanding of Snapchat and the digital advertising and measurement ecosystem

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in math, economics, finance, marketing analytics or related field

  • 10+ years of experience working with ad efficacy, marketing measurement or analytics at a leading ad platform, agency or measurement company

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in business, psychology, sociology or a related field

  • Experience with ads measurement and market research

  • Experience developing learning agendas for brand and performance objectives

  • Experience with working with large measurement data sets and writing SQL code / running big data queries

  • Experience working with partners or agencies

  • Experience building and influencing client or partner relationship, collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a customer-facing role

  • Self-starter who is equally comfortable presenting to C-level executives as being “plugging in” and executing analysis or research start to finish

Compensation:

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

  • Zone A (CA, WA, NYC): The base salary range for this position is $230,000 - $335,000 annually

  • Zone B: The base salary range for this position is $219,000 - $318,000 annually

  • Zone C: The base salary range for this position is $196,000 - $285,000 annually

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs
