We’re looking for a Senior AR Project Manager to join the Cameos & Generative AI team at Snap Inc!
What you’ll do:
Lead the creation of a variety of Generative AI enabled tools in partnership with our all-star team of ML Engineers, Designers and Content Specialists
Define and implement data-supported content strategies for new creative tools and content types
Prototype and test new content formats in conjunction with Data Science and Content Specialists
Build workflows that enable content teams to deliver high quality content at scale and within budget
Find opportunities to scale our content-focused team, including the hiring of freelance creative talent and optimizing internal production workflows
Share your knowledge of the creator landscape to suggest new features to test or build
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Experience leading teams of creative freelancers and technologists to execute on a content strategy
A strong ability to scope and implement a data-backed content strategy
Demonstrated experience building and shipping creative products across multiple markets and cultures
An expert storyteller that can craft a story that will influence internal and external stakeholders
A problem solver that is adept at finding creative and alternative solutions to complex problems
Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to creative, technical and operational teams
Possesses a strong understanding of what makes compelling social content
Possesses a keen creative eye and can educate their teammates on best practices
5+ years of professional experience leading creative or creative technology initiatives in entertainment / tech, social media, media or content production, or related industries
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Design, Media Studies, Digital Art, Communications, Information Systems, or related field
A creative technologist at heart that loves to operate at the intersection of content and technology
An entertainment and pop culture fan that is always plugged into what the world is talking about
Strong passion for Generative AI tools and content
Extensive experience working with various Generative AI tools and techniques either in a professional or personal setting
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
Zone A (CA, WA, NYC): The base salary range for this position is $145,000 - 210,000 annually
Zone B: The base salary range for this position is $138,000 - 200,000 annually
Zone C: The base salary range for this position is $123,000 - 179,000 annually
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs
