We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Manager, Business Advisory ARES to join our Enterprise SaaS Augmented Reality team, focused on the retail industry. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of our cutting-edge augmented reality solutions in the retail space, enabling our clients to create immersive, interactive, and engaging experiences for their customers. You will work closely with our sales, product, and customer success teams to develop and execute strategies that drive value for our retail clients and partners.

This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

What you'll do:

• Serve as the subject matter expert on Snap's Enterprise SaaS Augmented Reality offerings within the retail industry.

• Develop a deep understanding of our clients' business objectives, challenges, and opportunities in order to create customized augmented reality solutions that drive value and ROI.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute account strategies and go-to-market plans for target retail clients.

• Drive thought leadership within the retail industry by representing Snap, Inc. at industry events, conferences, and panels, and by publishing articles and blog posts on relevant topics.

• Create and deliver high-quality presentations, demos, and workshops that demonstrate the value and capabilities of Snap's Enterprise SaaS Augmented Reality solutions to prospective clients.

• Provide ongoing support to sales and customer success teams, including responding to RFPs, participating in sales calls, and providing post-sale consultation.

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in the augmented reality and retail space.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; an MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.

• 5+ years of experience in a value advisory, strategic consulting, or solution engineering role, preferably within the retail industry.

• Strong understanding of the SaaS business model, augmented reality technologies, and their applications within the retail industry.

• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and communicate complex concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong presentation and public speaking skills, with experience delivering presentations at industry events and conferences.

• Passion for staying informed on industry trends and emerging technologies in the augmented reality and retail space.
