The Marketing team at Snap articulates and brings to life who we are as a brand, why we exist, who we serve, and what value we have to offer. They are on a mission to build a best-in-class international marketing organization. With functions spanning global business and consumer marketing, consumer insights, creative, brand marketing, and marketing operations, the team enables and activates marketing initiatives across the entire Snap Inc. ecosystem.

We’re looking for a senior leader to lead our business marketing in Southern Europe, from our Paris office. In this role, you’ll work closely with our France Managing Director and partner with Creative, Product, Comms, Sales, and Insights teams in EMEA to build and execute marketing programs which grow Snap’s advertising business across the region. This role will report directly to the Senior Director of Marketing, who is based in London.

What you’ll do:

  • Work with a cross functional team, responsible for growing our business with advertisers and agencies in France

  • Create and execute marketing programs which deliver on the strategy and communicate Snap’s value proposition for businesses via innovative campaigns, narratives, success stories, thought leadership, partnerships, educational workshops, and events (virtual, and in-person)

  • Define Snap’s core narrative for advertisers and consumers in the market, tailoring it to individual markets, industry verticals, and customer segments in order to maximize relevance and impact.

  • Lead key aspects of our marketing for our consumer and developer audiences in the market.

  • Partner with other stakeholders and cross-functional teams, including Insights, Creative Strategy, Product Marketing, Comms, Marketing Science, and Sales to ensure our marketing delivers on Snap’s overarching business goals.

  • Represent Snap Marketing in leadership forums and key decisions in the market.

  • Collaborate with other marketing leaders in EMEA to build and localize global marketing programs, and share best practices across our portfolio.

  • Share insights from our marketing activity in the region with Snap’s senior leadership team in order to crystalize their understanding of market and customer dynamics.

  • Measure the effectiveness and ROI of business marketing and ensure it delivers on Snap’s goals in the market.

  • Superior ability to cultivate senior stakeholder relationships and bridge disparate priorities across teams

  • Ability to communicate Snap’s brand story and value proposition on stages and in the press

  • A passion for Snapchat!

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent marketing experience

  • Extensive experience in marketing roles, preferably B2B and B2C

  • Experience leading teams which operate cross-functionally

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in regional or global marketing roles

  • Marketing experience at a digital platform, app, or media company
