We’re looking for an Ad Review Specialist to join Team Snapchat! As a member of the Ad Review team, you will ensure quality review and approval of Snap Ads submissions. Working from our London office, you’ll collaborate with Policy, Legal, Comms and others within Sales and Operations to help create a seamless approval process for Snapchatters submitting ads.

What you’ll do:

  • Review all Snap Ad submissions to ensure the ads abide by our ad policies and community guidelines

  • Effectively prioritize between the various queues and project work to ensure all tasks are within the identified team SLAs

  • Collaborate with the Sales team to create a consistent review experience for our Snapchat partners

  • Ability to leverage data and liaise directly with advertisers to communicate ad rejection trends, ad policy insights, and other operational metrics

  • Provide ad policy training and creative best practices to our XFN sales partners in addition to advertisers

  • Anticipate risks, provide escalation management, communicate with decision makers, and balance business needs versus technical constraints

  • Work with the Review Operations and Business Integrity teams to troubleshoot tooling errors and identify workflow best practices


Minimum qualifications:

  • Fluent in Arabic and English

  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year accredited university or equivalent years of work experience

  • 1+ years of relevant work experience

  • Experience working with SalesForce, JIRA, or other ticket management systems

Preferred qualifications:

  • Prior Sales, Account Management, or Operations background

  • Strong interpersonal skills to be able to work with various team members throughout the company

  • Meticulous attention to detail, as well as an understanding of the digital advertising space

  • Data driven with a proven track record of leveraging reporting insights to inform decision making

  • Able to work independently while also operating as a collaborative team player

  • Flexibility to work any assigned shifts which may include early mornings, late evenings, and weekends

  • Customer-driven with a passion for supporting Snapchatters

  • Passion for Snapchat, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up

  • Familiarity with the various Arabic dialects and an understanding of the Arabic and Middle Eastern cultures
