The revenue operations analyst is in a cross-functional analyst role. This position sits in the center of the company's Go-to-Market / revenue organization, where I collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Support. In this role - you are responsible for producing insights on our business and market, identifying and testing opportunities for process improvement and revenue impact, and building infrastructure to scale our revenue team.
You will be involved in strategic analysis, building and maintaining our infrastructure (Salesforce and Hubspot a must!), our analytics, and optimizing processes for our go-to-market organization.
What you’ll do:
Be the CCO and CMO's trusted advisor on data-driven insights to improve our revenue model
Experience with SAAS business selling model
Proactively identifying and implementing operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements.
Architecting and leading full-cycle integration initiatives between Salesforce and other applications for various departments
Evaluating, proposing, designing, and implementing Salesforce best practices/solutions across verticals
Ensuring current system integrity and integrations are operating smoothly
Making recommendations for enhancements and modifications to improve system performance, efficiency, internal business process, and reporting
Owning all data accuracy and augmentation
What we're looking for:
Proven record of data analysis experience
Advanced Salesforce Admin Certified is preferred but optional if you have strong SAAS experience.
3+ years of Salesforce experience in a high-paced, startup environment
3+ years of Hubspot experience in a high-paced, startup environment
Experienced in defining systems strategy and requirements, designing and prototyping, planning to test, and supporting training efforts
Familiar with billing, enterprise sales, and marketing systems preferred
Project Management Certificate preferred
Experience using Salesforce APIs would be a plus, but not a requirement
Experience coding in Python is not a requirement at all, but would be a huge benefit!
