About the Role
We are searching for a Partnerships Manager in GCR (APAC) to lead and manage regional partnership development with top ad networks, publishers and agencies in China. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with experience in the mobile app advertising industry and will have demonstrated success of consistently meeting or exceeding business targets and building strong relationships with key partners.
What you will do:
- Regional Partner Development Strategy: Develop and execute regional partnerships plan in alignment with company objectives to generate partner sourced leads, support mutual customers and explore areas of joint business growth.
- Partner Education: Lead education of Singular’s platform with regional partners to ensure that they are aware of key competitive differentiators. Identify areas where there are joint value propositions to accelerate mutual business growth through partnership alignment.
- Channel Sales & Reseller Programs: Lead and manage pipeline with existing reseller / referral partners. Identify and sign new regional referral / reseller partners to align with company objectives. Work closely with our partners to deliver against mutual business goals.
- Agency Development: Manage education and drive relationships with regional agency partners. Provide training to Singular’s platform and provide ongoing support to help agencies with customer onboarding, issue resolutions and new product training.
- Partner Marketing Strategy: Work closely with regional sales and marketing teams to deliver against regional marketing strategy by identifying partnerships that can help accelerate our GTM and distribution efforts. Co-marketing programs will include webinars, events, reports/guides, case studies and other education driven initiatives.
- Partner Product Support + Advocacy: Work closely with partners to understand evolving needs that they have with MMP partners. Provide ongoing feedback on partner/industry needs to Product, Integrations and R&D teams.
What you will need
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years in sales, partnerships or other GTM facing roles.
- Strong knowledge of mobile app ecosystem
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven track record of exceeding performance-based business goals.
- Established relationships with strategic partner channels including: ad networks, agencies and key thought leaders in the mobile app industry
- Proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
