We are hiring a Head of Central Finance to own group consolidation, strengthen internal controls and treasury management, and accelerate the development of the group’s reporting processes and toolset to support growth. This role will also own the operational implementation of the new transfer pricing policy and oversee sales administration. You will lead and develop the Central Finance team, composed today of 2 direct reports with scope to grow, and drive finance transformation (systems, automation, reporting), in close partnership with the Accounting and FP&A teams. The environment is international, with multiple legal entities and stakeholders across Europe and North America. The role reports to the Global Corporate Controller, based in Paris, France. Due to the highly collaborative nature of this role, we expect this person to be in the office minimum of 2 days per week.
What You'll Do
- Own group consolidation operations and deliver timely, accurate consolidated financial statements, manage changes in international accounting standards.
- Build and maintain internal controls to secure consolidated statements and external reporting.
- Develop and scale the group reporting process and toolset to enable faster close, richer analytics and support growth.
- Develop and own treasury management (cash allocation, bank relationships, treasury policies, financing).
- Own transfer pricing policy implementation and contribute to other tax compliance initiatives.
- Oversee sales administration in partnership with the Sales Ops team.
- Partner with the Accounting and FP&A teams to drive rationalization and standardization of finance operations.
- Develop and lead a high‑performing Central Finance team able to operate consolidation, systems, shared services and transformation programs. The team is composed today of a consolidation/reporting manager and a sales administrator/IT admin.
- Promote a mindset of partnership and open communication encouraging knowledge sharing and collective problem-solving.
What You Bring
Must have
- Master’s degree in Finance or equivalent; 10+ years progressive finance experience from audit to multinational corporation.
- Strong group reporting expertise (consolidation, IFRS) and demonstrable experience implementing internal control frameworks.
- Proven experience developing reporting processes and toolsets, and driving system rationalization or major finance transformations.
- Strong leadership, program management and stakeholder management skills; proven ability to partner effectively with Finance and Business leaders.
- Fluent in French and English.
Nice to have
- Experience in private equity and multinational, fast‑scaling tech environments.
- Experience in treasury management.
- Hands‑on familiarity with consolidation tools and BI tools.
- Experience developing or operationalizing transfer pricing/intercompany policies.
