As a dynamic and strategic Senior FP&A Analyst, you will play a critical role in improving our financial planning processes, delivering actionable insights to leadership, and partnering with business teams to drive decisions. You’ll be hands-on in both operational and strategic finance, supporting company-wide initiatives and continuously evolving how we plan, analyze, and execute.

This role is ideal for someone who has already built a strong foundation in FP&A and is ready to take on more ownership in a fast-paced, global, data-driven environment. You will report into our Global Head of FP&A (based in the US).

Due to the highly collaborative nature of this role, we expect this individual to be in the office 2-3 days per week.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare and analyze financial models for the multi-year strategic financial plan.
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting process for multiple departments and geographies, partnering directly with business leaders.
  • Develop business partnerships. Prepare financial analyses and reports to support decision making across functions.
  • Responsible for monthly and quarterly financial reporting for executive teams and Board, including variance analysis and explanation. Establish strong partnership with Accounting and lead the close from the FP&A side.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives such as, gross margin analysis, investment requests, headcount planning and customer segmentation analysis, i aAnalyze financial performance and SaaS KPIs (ARR, CAC, LTV, NRR, churn) and present insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Automate and refine existing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to improve efficiency, reduce manual work and improve visibility across the business. Maintenance of key informational data bases.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Investment Banking, Audit, Management Consulting, or a similar analytical role—ideally within a SaaS or tech company
  • BS in Finance or Accounting, Master’s degree preferred
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Strong organizational skills and clear communicator who can translate financial data into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with business leaders, to understand their challenges and assist them
  • Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills—you know how to build, audit, and optimize complex models efficiently
  • Experience with FP&A or planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive), Netsuite and BI platforms is a plus.
  • Enjoys working in a global, multi-cultural environment
  • Fluent in French and English
