VOTRE RÔLE

Directement rattaché-e au Responsable des Ventes France, vous ferez partie d'une équipe qui travaille quotidiennement au développement du chiffre d'affaires des solutions de Shift auprès des principaux assureurs en France et en Belgique.

Nous recherchons un-e professionnel-le expérimenté-e et enthousiaste de la vente de logiciels, faisant preuve de responsabilité, d’engagement et d’une grande intelligence émotionnelle dans ses interactions quotidiennes.

VOS RESPONSABILITÉS

  • Développer et mettre en œuvre un plan stratégique territorial afin de dépasser les objectifs de chiffre d'affaires

  • Mener le processus de vente, de l’exécution à la prévision en passant par la gestion des problématiques

  • Fournir des résultats mesurables avec prévisibilité et efficacité

  • Collaborer avec des équipes transverses pour satisfaire les clients

  • Mener des actions de génération de demande, directement ou en collaboration avec les équipes Développement Commercial, Partenariats et Marketing

  • Garantir la mise en œuvre et la réalisation de la valeur pour les clients tout au long de leur cycle de vie

  • Favoriser l’engagement des parties prenantes et des dirigeants (C-Level) chez Shift et ses clients

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Plus de 6 ans d’expérience dans un poste de vente de solutions SaaS avec objectif de chiffre d'affaires

  • Solide connaissance d’un secteur réglementé (services financiers, marchés publics), idéalement l’assurance

  • Expérience approfondie dans la gestion de cycles de vente longs (minimum 12 mois) et de contrats complexes

  • Excellente capacité à s’adresser aux décideurs de haut niveau (C-Level)

  • Expérience étendue en négociation et en stratégie commerciale

  • Capacité à remettre en question les clients internes et externes

  • Grande capacité à comprendre les dynamiques en jeu, anticiper les imprévus et agir en conséquence

  • Forte orientation résultats avec un haut niveau d'exigence

  • Esprit de croissance et curiosité intellectuelle

  • Grande adaptabilité et capacité à travailler et collaborer dans un environnement dynamique

The range listed is for base compensation. Your actual base salary will vary based on factors including location and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.

Base Salary Range
$75,000$95,000 USD
