At Senra Systems, we believe that the future of manufacturing lies not in automation, but in configuration.

We supercharge electrical wire harness manufacturing through software configuration, transforming skilled assembly tasks into high-throughput production lines. We enable customers to design what they want, when they want it and deliver harness builds at record-breaking speed.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to support our factory software development. In this role, you’ll spend time on the factory floor, working directly with operators, technicians, and engineers to understand their processes, pain points, and opportunities for software-driven improvement. You’ll work cross-functionally to define and deliver internal tools and user experiences that optimize manufacturing performance.

This is a unique opportunity to learn and grow in both hardware and software product development in a hands-on, mission-critical role. You’ll help shape systems that will scale the factory - and the company.

What you'll own:

  • Collaborate closely with our factory staff to identify workflow inefficiencies and translate operational challenges into actionable software features
  • Execute and maintain a product roadmap for internal web applications that support factory operations
  • Conduct user interviews, process observations, and data analysis to define needs and software improvements
  • Collaborate with designers, define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Participate in all phases of the product development lifecycle from ideation through support
  • Work with engineering teams to scope, build, test, and release features that deliver impact
  • Establish success metrics and use data to evaluate product effectiveness
  • Communicate progress regularly with stakeholders across software and factory leadership
  • Maintain product documentation and training resources
  • Stay current with relevant tools, tech, and methods; support occasional customer-facing technical efforts
  • Pressure test requirements for completeness and operational edge conditions.

What you'll bring to the team:

  • 5+ years of product management experience in a SaaS or technical environment
  • Strong product intuition and ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives
  • Proven track record of translating ambiguous operational problems into deployed software solutions
  • Experience driving the full product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and iteration, with clear examples of shipped features in production
  • Technically fluent with systems-level thinking and strong grasp of tradeoffs and data flows
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build trust across cross-functional teams, particularly with operators and engineers, to surface pain points and co-develop solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Comfort with Agile tools (Jira, Linear) and development processes
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
  • Able to prioritize effectively and manage competing deadlines
  • High empathy and adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment

Bonus Points:

  • Experience working in a factory, logistics, or industrial setting
  • Exposure to compliance-heavy software (ITAR, HIPAA, etc.)
  • Experience at a startup or fast-growing organization
  • Experience at a large, structured tech company
  • Available during Pacific Time zone hours

Compensation:

  • Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
  • Salary Range: $140,000-$175,000
  • This is an onsite role at our headquarters in Redondo Beach, CA.

Benefits:

  • Unmatched opportunities to drive impact on a friendly and mission-driven team
  • Own a piece of the pie with equity participation!
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life and long-term disability coverage
  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Dependent Spending Account (DSA) for health-related expenses
  • Unlimited PTO and a 401(k) plan
  • Choose a record you love, and we’ll add it to our growing vinyl collection!
  • $50/month DoorDash credit – lunch is on us!
  • Up to $100/month reimbursement for gym memberships
  • Fully stocked kitchen with snacks and beverages
  • Regular team-building events, lunches, and the occasional breakfast burrito!
  • Bright, open office with communal spaces for collaboration and free parking
  • Conveniently located near the metro, major freeways and local dining spots
