- Own the renewal strategy and execution for an assigned portfolio of Global Enterprise customers .
- Drive customer retention by proactively managing subscription renewals and minimizing churn.
- Develop trusted relationships with customer executives, security leaders, architects, and business stakeholders.
- Promote adoption of Securiti AI capabilities, including Data Discovery, Data Security Posture Management (DSPM), Data Classification, AI Governance, Data Privacy, and Compliance.
- Identify expansion opportunities through upsell and cross-sell initiatives by aligning customer business priorities with Securiti AI solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers to support technical discussions, solution positioning, demonstrations, and Proofs of Value (PoVs).
- Prepare renewal proposals, pricing, and commercial documentation in accordance with company policies.
- Manage customer health, renewal forecasting, and pipeline activities using Salesforce.
- Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support to ensure successful customer outcomes.
- Serve as the customer's advocate within Veeam while providing feedback to improve products and customer experience.
- Meet or exceed assigned renewal, retention, and expansion objectives.
- 5–8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Renewals, Enterprise Account Management, SaaS Sales, or Subscription Lifecycle Management.
- Experience managing Enterprise software renewals and customer growth strategies.
- English and Portuguese speaking is preferred. Spanish speaking is a plus.
- Experience managing Enterprise customers across the Americas.
- Strong understanding of Cybersecurity, Cloud Security, Data Protection, Enterprise SaaS, or Security Software.
- Knowledge of Data Security Posture Management (DSPM), Data Discovery, Data Governance, Data Privacy, AI Governance, Compliance, or Cyber Resilience is preferred.
- Familiarity with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both executive and technical audiences.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
