As a Product Designer at Securiti, you will enjoy being part of a proficient, motivated team of Product Managers, Product Designers, and Engineers. In this role you’ll get to identify and assess user needs and opportunities, develop concepts, structure interactions, design user interfaces and other touch points.

In this role you will take complete ownership of ideas and ensure their maturing from concept to execution by collaborating within the design team as well as cross functional team.

Responsibilities:
- Your primary responsibility will be to work as part of a cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, and designers, building large, complex digital products

- Understand customer and business problems through research and data

- Collaborate closely with product owners to develop and implement the product strategy in a user centric and data-driven manner

- Identify and assess product needs and opportunities, develop concepts, structure interactions, design user interfaces and other touch points

- Own design problems end to end, from initial concept through execution and beyond

- Adhere to the Securiti Design System Standard and collaborate with the team to help mature the Global Design Language for the Securiti Suite of Products

- Find simple solutions to complex user pain points, constantly improving how things work

- Find a fine balance while delivering on business requirements, technical limitations, time constraints and user needs

- Build alignment and articulate vision through strong storytelling and presentation skills

- Become a key thought partner to your counterparts in product, engineering, and ops

- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and champion design excellence within the organization

Experience & Skills:

- 3+ years experience in User Experience, Interaction and Interface design

- Preferably a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication Arts, Computer Science, or a related discipline

- Proficiency with designing and prototyping tools specially. Figma

- Knowledge and experience of working with Design System, Figma components, Autolayout, variants a big plus.

- Experience working with or in a Product company. Experience with AI / Machine Learning Product a plus

- Building products with data visualization a must

- Strong conceptual ability - mindful with the ability to be open to suggestions, incorporating input from others to improve product quality, drive towards completion and attain organizational buy-in.

- Ability to multitask on projects; ability to reprioritize tasks and timelines

- Ability to work well under pressure and sometimes tight deadlines

- Ability to work independently and to prioritize responsibilities, multi-tasking

- Detail-oriented, with superior communication and organizational skills

- Be enthusiastic about being an ambassador for the company’s vision through informational storytelling within our product
