The Role:
We’re looking for a driven and proactive Business Development Representative to focus on lead generation and outbound prospecting. In this role, you’ll play a key part in identifying and connecting with potential customers, qualifying leads, and setting the stage for our sales team to close deals.
You’ll use a mix of outreach strategies—email, phone, lead generation tools, and more—to build a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities. If you're someone who thrives on uncovering new business and enjoys the challenge of opening doors, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively research and pursue new business opportunities
Schedule and conduct qualified meetings that generate pipeline opportunities
Initiate contact with potential customers and understand their needs
Recommend suitable products or services, and tailor solutions to maximize satisfaction
Prepare and present reports to management
Stay informed about product updates, pricing, and payment plans
Qualify and follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns
Meet and exceed key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis
Effectively navigate client organizations to reach decision-makers
Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other sales engagement tools

Fluency in English & German
Bonus Points For:
Experience using CRM tools to manage pipeline, ideally in a SaaS environment
Proficiency with a variety of sales approaches (inbound, outbound, field sales)
A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Strong presentation and relationship-building skills
Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales engagement software
