Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished and driven Regional Vice President of Sales to lead our go-to-market efforts across North America and Latin America. As the RVP of Sales – Americas, you will be responsible for building and scaling high-performing sales teams, owning revenue targets, and driving strategic growth in key enterprise and commercial accounts. This role is critical to Securiti.ai’s mission of becoming the market leader in data security and governance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Americas sales organization, including Enterprise Account Executives, Regional Sales Managers, and supporting GTM functions.

  • Own regional revenue goals and consistently deliver against quarterly and annual targets.

  • Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop top sales talent to support hyper-growth across the Americas.

  • Partner with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Channel, and Customer Success to drive customer acquisition and expansion.

  • Execute a strategic account-based sales motion across Fortune 1000 and upper mid-market organizations.

  • Develop and manage accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reporting processes.

  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align regional needs with roadmap and campaign strategies.

  • Represent Securiti.ai at key industry events and with strategic customers in the region.


Qualifications

  • 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with 5+ years in a senior sales leadership role.

  • Proven success scaling and leading regional or national sales teams in high-growth, SaaS, cybersecurity, or data governance companies.

  • Deep understanding of the data security, privacy, or cloud ecosystems strongly preferred.

  • Track record of exceeding revenue targets and building repeatable, scalable GTM models.

  • Skilled in enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, or similar).

  • Excellent executive presence, communication, and influencing skills.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, startup or scale-up environment.

  • Willingness to travel across the Americas as needed.
