Job Description
Section is an AI transformation company that helps organizations get real value from generative AI. AI-powered workforces will have a sustained competitive advantage over the next decade, but most of the workforce is unprepared. We help organizations plan their AI transformation, upskill their workforce, and integrate AI into their workflows and business processes – all with the goal of driving real productivity gains and ROI. Our goal is to bring a million workers into the “AI class” by 2026.
As part of our growth, we are looking for a Business Analyst to analyze quantitative and qualitative data and turn it into clear, executive-ready insights that guide client priorities and drive ROI from AI transformation.
Candidates must be U.S.-based and reside in one of the following states: CA, GA, IL, MA, ME, NY, PA, TX, & WI.
What you’ll do:
Analyze quantitative and qualitative survey data to surface themes, drivers, and implications for client priorities
Shape the story by building outlines and narratives that connect findings to clear recommendations
Create executive-ready slides that communicate the story simply and persuasively
Conduct targeted research to add market context, benchmarks, and examples that strengthen recommendations
Partner with the consultant to translate insights into plans and support change management steps
Integrate AI into your own workflows to improve efficiency and quality
Who you are:
Experience: 2-4 years in consulting or internal strategy with exposure to enterprise clients
Survey and interview analysis: Analyze quantitative and qualitative data and synthesize into themes, insights, and implications
Research: Conduct research using AI tools (e.g., Deep Research, Perplexity) to expedite findings
Communication: Crisp, professional writing and verbal communication; comfortable collaborating with clients and partnering closely with the lead consultant
Storytelling and slides: Translate data and insights into persuasive recommendations delivered via executive-level decks
Ownership: Effective time and task management; able to deliver on time-sensitive deadlines
Working style: Energized by a fast-paced work environment
AI-first: AI power user with proven experience incorporating AI into your workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Bonus: Experience supporting enterprise AI transformation, digital transformation, or change management initiatives
Compensation
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000
