Job Description

Section is an AI transformation company that helps organizations get real value from generative AI. AI-powered workforces will have a sustained competitive advantage over the next decade, but most of the workforce is unprepared. We help organizations plan their AI transformation, upskill their workforce, and integrate AI into their workflows and business processes – all with the goal of driving real productivity gains and ROI. Our goal is to bring a million workers into the “AI class” by 2026.

We are hiring a Lead for our Enterprise AI Workshops role to run one of our most impactful enterprise offerings. You’ll own the workshop business line end-to-end, including content customization, coordination, and revenue performance. This is a builder-operator role: you’ll set the roadmap, drive results, and build for scale. You’ll create high-impact training that leads to real AI adoption and measurable ROI. And you’ll evolve the product to keep pace with AI and meet the changing needs of our clients.

Candidates must be U.S.-based and reside in one of the following states: CA, GA, IL, MA, ME, NY, PA, TX, & WI.

What you’ll do:

  • Run and grow enterprise workshop business

    • Deliver on forecasted revenue and workshop delivery targets, tracking what’s been sold, reporting out on progress, and adjusting plans

    • Manage and adjust the workshop catalog based on client feedback, AI advances, and business priorities

  • Deliver high-impact AI learning experiences

    • Customize off-the-shelf workshops for enterprise clients using a repeatable, scalable process — customizations typically require adjusting demos, use cases, and activities for the clients’ workflows and tool suite

    • Build fully bespoke workshops for high-value clients working closely with the consulting team to ensure training drives broader project goals

    • Create engaging, hands-on, practical AI learning experiences that drive real-world AI adoption

  • Collaborate seamlessly and build effective systems

    • Manage AI instructor program, building strong bench, nurturing relationship, and staffing instructors on workshops

    • Collaborate with internal Section teams to ensure high-quality delivery for every client

    • Build repeatable systems and documentation that enable scale without sacrificing quality

  • Stay sharp on AI and raise the bar

    • Be an expert in AI for enterprise — how to use AI in the enterprise, practical AI use cases and tools, and how to teach AI as the tools evolve

    • Integrate AI into your workflows to improve efficiency and quality

Who you are:

Must-haves

  • AI-first mindset: We are hiring AI-first candidates that have or will reinvent their role and tasks with AI for greater efficiency and quality

  • 5+ years of experience in program, product, or client-facing operations roles where you’ve owned delivery, quality, and results

  • Strong execution and business instincts. You’re comfortable working towards revenue goals, elevating risks or issues, and improving systems

  • Experience designing or delivering learning experiences, especially on AI or emerging technologies

  • Self-starter who thrives with autonomy. You take initiative, make decisions, and figure things out

  • Clear, proactive communicator who works well across teams and with clients

Bonus

  • Experience working with enterprise clients or in a consulting environment

  • Familiarity with enterprise AI tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, or Claude among others
