Yet the workforce is unprepared for this level of change. Therefore, we believe it’s our job to enable every knowledge worker to join the AI class — making them confident and proficient with AI.
Section is seeking an AI Upskilling Content Lead to help build our AI learning experiences. In this role, you’ll be responsible for researching, writing, and formulating key elements of our courses. We’re looking for a creative, research-driven builder who is passionate about the intersection of business, AI, and education.
Candidates must have a fascination with AI, its capabilities, and its impact on the way we live and work.
Responsibilities
Conduct desktop research using publicly available resources and AI platforms on the AI landscape and uses cases for courses
Use AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude) and internal AI tools we’ve developed to build AI courses designed for knowledge workers inside the enterprise
Create Google slides based on your research to tell a compelling story
Write scripts for Section video lessons
Build clear, actionable student materials (i.e. projects, live lectures, case studies)
Analyze data and feedback from our courses and programs in Excel to draw insights and craft recommendations
Update courses regularly with the latest AI use cases, news, and statistics
Be ready to jump into ad hoc research, deck building, or analysis tasks for the content or leadership team
Communicate with enterprise client partners to create custom courses
Requirements
2+ years of experience in startups, consulting, research, or education (including internships)
Naturally curious and flexible, eager to unpack business topics and student needs, and fascinated by business case studies and AI use cases
Proven AI power user who’s adept at prompting, using tools like ChatGPT and Claude, and incorporating AI into workflows to improve efficiency and quality
Strong ownership mindset, with the communication and planning skills needed to execute on time sensitive deliverables
Analytical thinker driven by research and data with strong Excel skills
Clear and professional communicator capable of collaborating with clients
Impeccable writing skills that reflect an ability to explain complex business concepts in a clear, engaging way
Adept at building and presenting decks with Google Slides
Energized by a fast-paced work environment and open to rapid experimentation
Passionate about Section’s mission to bring every knowledge worker into the AI class
