Remote Contractor role - you will be classified as an independent contractor.
We are looking for Teaching Assistants to support our growing number of AI education programs. Selected candidates will be called upon to support courses based on availability and program needs. As we continue to develop and schedule new courses with our clients, we carefully match TAs with opportunities that best fit their background and availability to ensure we provide the best experience for our students.
Our TAs play a crucial role in driving student success, focusing on course completion and maintaining high levels of student engagement and satisfaction. While most opportunities will be with our longer Mini-MBA programs that range between 4-8 weeks in length, there may occasionally be opportunities to support week-long sprints as well.
As a Teaching Assistant, here are the key responsibilities you'll take on:
What you'll do:
For Mini-MBA Programs (primary opportunity):
Guide cohorts of 100-150 students through our AI-focused programs
Actively manage and facilitate discussions in course Slack channels

Emcee weekly guest lectures featuring industry experts, including:
Conducting pre-session technical checks
Facilitating engaging Q&A sessions
Ensuring smooth delivery of virtual sessions via Zoom
Lead peer feedback groups, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing
Support students in developing and completing their course projects
Create an inclusive, supportive learning environment for professionals across various industries
For Sprint Courses (limited availability):
Guide students through intensive week-long programs, including managing Slack discussions
Lead virtual project working session and provide comprehensive project support
Conduct scheduled 1:1 feedback sessions with students to ensure timely project completion
Time Commitment:
As most of our programs are scheduled based on US time zones, we are looking for people with:
Regular availability during US Eastern Time business hours
For Mini-MBA Programs (primary opportunity, 4-8 weeks):

7-8 hours per week including:
90-minute weekly guest lecture (typically Wed/Thu ~12pm ET), including 30-minute pre-lecture preparation
4-5 hours weekly Slack engagement
1 hour managing peer feedback groups
Additional flexible time for course preparation and announcements
For Sprint Courses (limited availability):

10-12 hours total during sprint week:
4-5 hours Slack engagement
1-hour project working session
6 hours of student feedback sessions (scheduled in 15-minute slots)
Additional flexible time for course preparation
Who you are:
Active user of generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini) with practical implementation experience
Strong communicator with presentation skills and virtual facilitation experience, comfortable managing Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace
Empathetic mentor and proactive problem-solver who can guide students through challenges across different industries
Available during Eastern Time business hours, with consistent availability for weekly guest lectures (typically Wed/Thu ~12pm ET)
Nice to have:
Previous teaching, mentoring, or coaching experience
Experience with additional AI tools and technologies
Experience using AI for programming, coding and more technical applications
Background in implementing AI in enterprise settings
