The Director of Partnerships will lead this charge. This is a senior role that requires a rare mix of executive level strategy and executional hustle. From executive-level relationship-building to cold outbound prospecting, this person will be responsible for developing high-leverage partnerships that drive revenue today and value tomorrow.

Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders at strategic partners, with a priority focus on top-tier consultancies and AI vendors.
Compelling storyteller who can represent Section at high-stakes meetings and industry events.
Demonstrated experience structuring and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
Skilled in identifying mutual value, navigating partner org charts, and tailoring value props accordingly.
Willing to roll up sleeves and drive outbound campaigns (email, calls, events).
Comfortable initiating relationships without warm intros or prior network.
Passionate about AI and eager to serve as a consultative resource to partners.
Demonstrated ability to keep pace with a fast-evolving landscape and translate trends into partner strategy.
Comfortable switching between high-level strategy and day-to-day execution.
Operates with urgency, ownership, and a bias for action.
Experience: 5+ years of successful Strategic Partnerships / Business Development
