The Director of Partnerships will lead this charge. This is a senior role that requires a rare mix of executive level strategy and executional hustle. From executive-level relationship-building to cold outbound prospecting, this person will be responsible for developing high-leverage partnerships that drive revenue today and value tomorrow.

The ideal candidate brings a blend of enterprise sales savvy, strategic vision, and startup scrappiness. Key competencies include:

  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders at strategic partners, with a priority focus on top-tier consultancies and AI vendors.

  • Compelling storyteller who can represent Section at high-stakes meetings and industry events.

  • Demonstrated experience structuring and negotiating complex commercial agreements.

  • Skilled in identifying mutual value, navigating partner org charts, and tailoring value props accordingly.

  • Willing to roll up sleeves and drive outbound campaigns (email, calls, events).

  • Comfortable initiating relationships without warm intros or prior network.

  • Passionate about AI and eager to serve as a consultative resource to partners.

  • Demonstrated ability to keep pace with a fast-evolving landscape and translate trends into partner strategy.

  • Comfortable switching between high-level strategy and day-to-day execution.

  • Operates with urgency, ownership, and a bias for action.
