Section is hiring an Education Product Lead to join us in creating the business school of the future. Today, AI is at the center of that curriculum. We are teaching thousands of knowledge workers how to use AI to supercharge their company strategy, team workflows, and individual productivity. You’ll be a key player in building the most ambitious AI for business curriculum on the market.
You will create our core product, which are our highly engaging, actionable live learning experiences. We’re looking for a curious builder and owner who is excited to dive into modern business topics, craft mental models and frameworks, and turn that work into engaging courses.
What you’ll do
-Analyze demand data, customer feedback, and market trends to drive course design
-Conduct research, interview experts, and work with instructor to build engaging live workshops
-Build actionable frameworks about business concepts that students can apply at work right away
-Be a subject matter expert in generative AI for business by using prompting and tools in your day-to-day, staying up-to-date, and talking to experts and super users
-Partner with expert practitioner instructors (e.g., Head of Marketing at a tech company) to build courses, leveraging their functional knowledge and on-the-ground examples
-Craft compelling student materials that are clear and drive application of course content Write concise, engaging scripts for on-demand videos used in our more intensive formats (i.e., sprints and mini-MBAs)-
-Jump in to build content for any new learning format tests
-Measure success of learning experiences based on demand (enrollments/sales), satisfaction (NPS), and applicability
Who you are
-4+ years of experience in startups, consulting, research, or content
-Naturally curious, eager to unpack business topics and student needs, and fascinated by case studies and how topics work in practice
-Strong ownership mindset with the communication and planning skills needed to drive an end-to-end process
-Already made AI part of their day-to-day life, whether it’s prompting, testing out tools, or starting your morning with the latest AI newsletter.
-Storyteller, researcher, and structured thinker who can build experiences, frameworks, and materials that are engaging and effective for students
-Adept communicator who can partner with busy executives practitioners
-Energized by a fast-paced work environment open to rapid experimentation
