Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced MuleSoft Developer to design, build, and support enterprise integrations across critical business systems. This role is hands-on and focused on delivering reliable, scalable APIs and integrations that support ERP, manufacturing, finance, and operational platforms.
The ideal candidate has strong experience developing MuleSoft applications, working with APIs, and integrating enterprise systems in complex environments.
Responsibilities:
- Hands-On Integration Development
- Design, develop, test, and deploy MuleSoft applications using Anypoint Platform
- Build RESTful APIs, system APIs, process APIs, and experience APIs
- Develop and maintain integrations between ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), CRM, PLM, MES, WMS, and third-party platforms
- API and Integration Architecture
- Implement API-led connectivity patterns and integration best practices
- Define data mappings, transformations, and error-handling strategies
- Ensure integrations are scalable, secure, and performant
- Delivery and Execution
- Work closely with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements into working integrations
- Support end-to-end delivery including development, testing, deployment, and production support
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across environments
- Governance and Best Practices
- Follow integration standards, versioning, and documentation practices
- Ensure proper logging, monitoring, and alerting
- Support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with ERP, manufacturing, finance, and operations teams
- Clearly communicate integration designs and technical trade-offs
- Provide estimates and input for integration timelines
Qualifications
- Required
- 5+ years of integration development experience
- 3+ years of hands-on MuleSoft development experience
- Strong experience with Anypoint Platform, Mule 4, and DataWeave
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs
- Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite experience strongly preferred)
- Experience working with cloud and on-prem systems
- Preferred
- MuleSoft certifications (MCD, MCIA)
- Experience integrating manufacturing systems such as PLM, MES, or WMS
- Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices
- Experience in high-availability or mission-critical integration environments

Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Occasional standing and walking within the office.
- Manual dexterity to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.

- Occasional reaching, bending, or stooping to access file drawers, cabinets, or office supplies.
- Lifting and carrying items up to 20 pounds occasionally (e.g., office supplies, packages).
