The Mission Operations Program Analyst provides critical support across all Saronic programs, spanning both commercial and government efforts. Reporting directly to the Program Coordinator, the Program Analyst will help manage mission operations initiatives and uphold a long-term organizational strategy that ensures high-quality delivery of customer milestones and objectives.
This role focuses on program management standards, executive engagement, and account management while supporting programs in varying stages of maturity. The analyst will partner closely with cross-functional teams to navigate dynamic requirements and contribute to the successful stand-up and execution of new Mission Operations programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning & Program Scaling:
  • Track and monitor all current and future program efforts to ensure key milestones and deliverables are met on schedule
  • Configure and maintain resource schedules, work rules, and availability in Salesforce to ensure efficient assignment and utilization of operational resources
  • Monitor capacity, field operations data, and scheduling performance to identify gaps, resolve conflicts, and support ongoing optimization within Salesforce
  • Program Performance & Strategic Execution:
  • Assess program performance by evaluating outcomes, measuring KPIs, and recommending corrective actions to maintain operational and strategic momentum
  • Support strategic execution by managing timelines, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring program activities align with enterprise-level priorities.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination:
  • Collaborate with internal teams- including Growth, Finance, Proposals, and Contracts- to ensure seamless program execution and alignment across functions
  • Develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships to enhance communication and accountability across mission stakeholders
  • Mission-Driven Flexibility:
  • Provide operational support for ad hoc assignments, rapid-response requests, and evolving customer needs in support of Saronic's mission
  • U.S and International travel requirements in alignment with Mission Operations Planning and execution needs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, International Relations, Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in program analysis, project management, or national security/defense policy
  • Salesforce experience required, including hands-on end-user interaction and support
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM/data management tool are a plus (e.g., Salesforce, Palantir)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active Secret security clearance or higher
  • Experience or familiarity with DoD program environments or defense mechanisms

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to certify as “fit for work” by demonstrating ability to swim and tread water
  • Frequently and repetitively, lift, push and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Will be exposed to marine environments, including sun, wind, rain, cold, and saltwater spray, often for extended periods
  • Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours a day, including over varied and uneven terrain
