Role Summary
We are looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to drive the operational efficiency and effectiveness of our commercial organization. This role is critical in managing the sales pipeline, supporting strategic decision-making, and enabling the sales team with the tools, processes, and insights needed to win. You will serve as the connective tissue between leadership, sales, programs, and product to ensure alignment and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Pipeline Management: Maintain the integrity of the sales pipeline (CRM hygiene, stage progression, forecasting accuracy).
- Process Optimization: Assist in the development of sales processes including qualification, pursuit, and capture to drive consistency and scalability.
- Reporting & Insights: Develop dashboards, forecasts, and KPIs to sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Special Projects: Structure complex, ambiguous problems, collaborate cross-functionally to develop solutions, and drive execution from planning to implementation.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles OR compelling experience in consulting
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field
- Strong command of foundational analytics tools (Excel) and ability to quickly master new software tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing competing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams.

Physical Demands
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Occasional standing and walking within the office.

- Occasional reaching, bending, or stooping to access file drawers, cabinets, or office supplies.
- Lifting and carrying items up to 20 pounds occasionally (e.g., office supplies, packages).
