Role Overview
We are seeking a Partner Channel Account Manager to own and drive strategic relationships with reseller channel partners.
In this role you will deliver growth by developing strategies to organically expand business, finding opportunities within existing partnerships and promoting partner satisfaction. You will coordinate across sales, product, production, and programs to support partner needs, provide timely responses, and align internal resources behind revenue-driving initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Channel Partnerships: Serve as the primary point of contact for key channel partners, cultivating long-term, value-driven relationships. Build specific and measurable growth initiatives that align to our channel business strategy.
  • Prioritize Partner Requests: Assess and triage partner requests to ensure alignment with strategic goals, resource availability, and sales impact.
  • Align Resources: Coordinate cross-functionally to secure the appropriate level of support for partner opportunities based on business priorities and ROI potential.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the internal advocate for partners, working closely with business development, sales, product, legal, and engineering teams to deliver on commitments.
  • Support Sales Execution: Collaborate on joint pursuits and proposals with partners, including opportunity shaping, pipeline development, and deal closure.
  • Track and Report Performance: Build annual business plans, track quarterly targets, monitor partner performance and provide regular reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of leadership experience in partner/channel account management and strategic business development within the defense sector.
  • Proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement.
  • Direct experience managing a range of federal contract vehicles (e.g., DLA, GSA, SEWP) at a strategic level.
  • Proven ability to manage complex partner relationships and build alignment across diverse internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to evaluate partner requests and make data-informed investment decisions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with demonstrated success engaging technical, sales, and executive-level audiences.
  • Experience working with Salesforce (CRM) and report building.

Physical Demands

  • Occasional reaching, bending, or stooping to access file drawers, cabinets, or office supplies.
  • Lifting and carrying items up to 20 pounds occasionally (e.g., office supplies, packages).
