Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and organized Supplier Onboarding Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will oversee and manage various projects focused on onboarding suppliers for all Saronic locations under the supplier development group. You will collaborate with internal and external teams, partners and suppliers to maintain high level accuracy with supplier controls.
Responsibilities
- Supplier Onboarding: onboard suppliers via comms from Saronic employees
- Cross Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the Supplier Quality Coordinator to ensure supplier information is accurate within the approved supplier list; ensuring current supplier certifications and documentation as applicable. Collaborate with the Supplier Quality Coordinator to ensure ASL diagram process compliance
- NDA: Serve as the NDA process owner for Supply Chain
- Supplier Documentation: Manage all supplier forms and documentation through the appropriate internal channels and ensure timely onboarding initiatives
- Supplier & Supplier Development: Report out and schedule regular meetings with appropriate representatives to ensure short and long-term projects targets are met for the Supplier Development team
- Supplier Visits: Coordinate offsite supplier visits for the Supplier Development team members
· Drive efforts for new suppliers, scope out the business case, identify department demand
· Owner of data accuracy
· Compiles and retains all applicable supplier and Saronic supplier partnership documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in supply chain coordination, logistics, or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and external partners
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a focus on continuous improvement and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to achieving goals

Physical Demands
