About the Role
We're building the outbound and self-serve engine for Sanas's new market segments, small/mid-market BPOs, sales teams, and verticals beyond CX. This role involves the full cycle: figure out who to go after, build the lists, write the sequences, execute the outbound, and make sure leadership sees the pipeline in real time. The goal: a repeatable machine that works today and scales tomorrow.
What You'll Own
1. Target Account & Contact List Building
- Research and build structured target account lists across segments and geos
- Map decision-makers with verified contact details at each account
- Maintain and update lists continuously, living asset, not a one-time exercise
2. Outbound Execution & Sequence Development
- Write and execute email sequences, cold call scripts, and LinkedIn cadences by segment
- Run the outbound yourself, calls, emails, follow-ups
- A/B test messaging, document what works, kill what doesn't
- Build playbooks that make onboarding future SDRs fast
3. Pipeline Dashboarding & Reporting
- Build and maintain weekly pipeline dashboards, funnel metrics, conversion rates, lead source attribution
- Produce weekly reports with clear numbers and actionable insights
- Track channel-level ROI so we know where to double down and where to cut
4. Self-Serve Funnel Monitoring
- Track trial signups, activation, conversion to paid, and churn signals
- Flag drop-off points, feed insights to product and marketing
- You're the early warning system on self-serve health
5. CRM Ops & Workflow Automation
- Own CRM hygiene, lead scoring, tagging, routing, deduplication
- Set up automated triggers for follow-ups, lead assignment, sequence enrollment
- Build the operational backbone so this function scales beyond you
What We're Looking For
Must-Have
- 6+ years in growth, SDR/BDR, or mid-market sales at a SaaS or tech company
- Built and executed outbound pipeline, lists, sequences, campaigns, calls. Not inherited a book of business
- Hands-on with CRM (specifically Salesforce) + outbounding tools (specifically Gong), reporting, automations, workflows
- Data-comfortable, dashboards, funnel metrics, decisions from numbers
- Strong writer, sharp cold emails, clean reports, clear playbooks
- Self-directed, doesn't wait to be told what to do next
Strong-to-Have
- Experience in contact center, voice AI, or adjacent industries
- Familiarity with Gong, Salesforce, Zoominfo & similar platforms
- Exposure to India, Philippines, or US BPO ecosystems
Mindset
- Builder, not maintainer, playbooks don't exist yet, you're writing them
- Low ego, high output, CRM cleanup today, strategy presentation tomorrow
- If it's not tracked, it didn't happen
Measured On
- Qualified pipeline generated (number and dollar value)
- Outbound performance (open rates, reply rates, meetings booked)
- Dashboard accuracy and reporting cadence
- Self-serve funnel visibility and insight quality
- Playbook quality, how fast can a new hire ramp using what you've built
