Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with assigned clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and issues.
- Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services to clients.
- Set and track performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for client accounts.
- Address and resolve client issues, concerns, or complaints promptly and effectively.
- Work with internal teams to find solutions and ensure client satisfaction
- Enhance the product's utility and effectiveness
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree may be preferred).
- Project Management or Project Lead experience is preferred
- 6+ years proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the industry and the company's products or services.
