About the Role:

The ideal candidate will assist in various aspects of talent acquisition and recruitment, playing a crucial role in sourcing and hiring top talent for our organization. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in TA operations and contribute to our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Sourcing and Pipeline Building
  • Utilize various channels to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events
  • Update and maintain the ATS with accurate and up-to-date candidate information
  • Manage user access and permissions within the ATS
  • Recruitment Coordination. Like, Coordinate &support recruitment drives and campus hiring events ,Communicate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews and follow-ups
  • TA Operations - Pre-Onboarding




Requirements:


  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities
