• Responsible for setting up and maintaining various desktop hardware, Audio headsets
• Testing sanas application across a range of hardware configurations
• Identifying optimal performance of sanas application across a range of hardware
• Setting up and configuring remote deployment management tools /software
• Should be ready to travel to customer sites for critical bug troubleshooting and fixes
