Position Overview:

As the Head of Sales Operations at Sanas.AI, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our sales strategies and operations. You will be responsible for overseeing the sales team's performance, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring that our innovative solutions reach a wide range of clients, contributing to our mission of making communication barriers a thing of the past.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business targets
  • Lead and expand the sales team, including hiring, training, and performance management
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure cohesive strategy implementation and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze market trends and sales data to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement
  • Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the sales team


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of developing successful sales strategies and leading high-performing teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships
  • Experience in the technology or communication sector is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software tools
