Skills Required

• 4+ yrs of experience working as a Manual Test engineer
• Strong understanding of windows operating ecosystem
• Strong Troubleshooting and problem -solving skills
• Experience working in non-functional testing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner
• Experience in writing query languages - e.g. SQL/KQL queries

Responsibilities

• Test Environment setup
• Reproducing Customer issues, reading logs and collecting reports
• Analyzing bugs reported by customers using back-end portal with SQL queries
• Should be ready to travel to customer sites for critical bug troubleshooting and fixes
• Ability to work concurrently on several items, quickly adapting to changing priorities of the team, proactive approach and taking ownership of task
• Testing AI based Accent translator Models
• Be responsible for the whole software testing lifecycle (analyzing the business requirements, support in preparing the test plans, creating the test cases, monitoring bugs, checking bug fixes)
