Job Summary:

As the Director of Marketing at, you will be instrumental in driving our marketing strategy, overseeing the creation and delivery of impactful marketing campaigns, and establishing our position as the industry leader in voice communication solutions. You will lead a dynamic team to generate compelling content, increase market share, and elevate brand awareness, ultimately driving growth and engagement across all customer segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and market share.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials and content strategies that effectively communicate the value proposition and product offerings.
  • Lead and mentor a marketing team, setting clear goals and managing project timelines to ensure timely execution of marketing strategies.
  • Drive the digital marketing strategy, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
  • Create and maintain a robust marketing dashboard to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies
  • Collaborate with Product Development and Sales teams to define marketing strategies that resonate with target markets and align with sales objectives.
  • Manage external agencies and vendor relationships to support marketing objectives.
  • Attend and/or speak at conferences, trade shows, and other events to promote the company and its products.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure that all marketing activities deliver a strong return on investment.
  • Foster an environment of continuous improvement and encourage innovation within the marketing team


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of marketing experience with a successful track record in senior marketing roles, preferably in the tech or SaaS industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to drive and motivate a high-performing marketing team.
  • Strong analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
  • Excellent command of various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate a clear, persuasive argument and to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Creative and innovative thinker with the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
