To support our next phase of growth, we are hiring a Corporate Accounting Manager to help build and scale a strong accounting foundation. This role goes beyond traditional close and reporting—you will help design processes, strengthen controls, and partner cross-functionally to ensure financial accuracy as our operations grow in complexity.

To support our next phase of growth, we are hiring a Corporate Accounting Manager to help build and scale a strong accounting foundation. This role goes beyond traditional close and reporting—you will help design processes, strengthen controls, and partner cross-functionally to ensure financial accuracy as our operations grow in complexity.
The Corporate Accounting Manager will play a critical role in day-to-day accounting operations while helping evolve systems, policies, and workflows that support manufacturing, inventory, and multi-entity operations.
What You’ll Do
- Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules across core balance sheet and P&L accounts.
- Oversee inventory, WIP, and cost accounting in partnership with supply chain and manufacturing teams.
- Support implementation and optimization of ERP workflows (NetSuite), including purchasing, receiving, inventory, and fixed assets.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls as the company scales.
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, FP&A, and Manufacturing to ensure accounting treatment aligns with business reality.
- Manage external audit, tax, and advisory relationships, including preparation of audit schedules and support.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and standardization to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Support special projects such as new entity setup, system implementations, and operational scaling initiatives.
- Provide mentorship and day-to-day guidance to junior accounting staff as the team grows.
- 5–8 years of progressive accounting experience, including experience in a senior accountant or accounting manager role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, or inventory-heavy environments strongly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP, including inventory, revenue recognition, and fixed assets.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
- Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment with limited structure.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to step back and understand the broader business context.
- Clear, effective communicator comfortable partnering with non-finance stakeholders.
- Self-starter mindset with a willingness to build, improve, and own processes end-to-end.
- Experience in modular construction, off-site manufacturing, or prefabricated building environments, including accounting for factory builds, work-in-process, and long lead-time materials.
- Working knowledge of construction project accounting, including job costing, percentage-of-completion (POC), cost-to-complete forecasting, and change order accounting.
- Exposure to fund or partnership accounting, including capital contributions, distributions, waterfalls, and investor reporting.
- Understanding of standard costing or hybrid costing models within manufacturing environments.
