Recruiter, Contract, 20 hrs/week

Responsibilities:

• Own full-cycle recruiting for open roles

• Partner with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements and success profiles

• Build scalable sourcing strategies and talent pipelines

• Manage interview processes, assessments, and candidate communication

• Screen candidates

• Drive a high-touch, inclusive candidate experience

• Improve recruiting operations through ATS configuration, tracking, reporting

• Develop employer-branding content and outreach campaigns

Qualifications:

• 4-8+ years of experience with technical recruiting

• Prior experience at a fast-paced startup (Series A-C preferred)

• Strong knowledge of best recruiting processes

• Strong knowledge of automation-first practices in recruitment

• Comfort balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills

• Ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects

• High integrity, discretion, and people-first mindset
