Accounts Receivable/Office Admin


  • In the Boston office 3 days a week (Monday Wednesday Friday)
  • Mail (incoming, outgoing mail)
  • Scanning and distributing mail to the correct internal parties
  • Zoom Voicemail
  • Invoice confirmations
  • Remittance Advices
  • Bank Uploads
  • Scanning checks for mobile deposit
  • Payment Application (ach/wire) Scheduling for repairs & maintenance
  • Supply ordering (coffee, amazon, snack) - track inventory
  • Gifting (new hire swag, 10 year anniversary, bereavement, new baby)
  • Building manager relationship (keys, coordinate office availability for guests who need to get in)


  • This position will be managed by the AR manager so collaborating with other members of the Accounting team
  • Communication with internal (sales team) and external stakeholders (customers) for tasks/requests -typically through email or our Jira ticketing tool

  • Learn about basic accounting procedures
  • Gain knowledge about major/minor accounts
  • Learn about collections procedures


  • Feel confident about navigating our NetSuite ERP system, Salesforce system, and banking portals
  • Understand and feel confident in providing business information to internal and external stakeholders.


  • Have developed important relationships with different departments in the business
  • Be the in office contact for those who need assistance from our headquarters (Boston)
  • Own and manage different AR processes
  • Begin to enhance current processes and develop new processes for a more efficient day to day operation
