About Rox

Rox is building the AI-native revenue operating system for modern go-to-market teams. Backed by Sequoia, GV, and General Catalyst, we're replacing fragmented CRM workflows with AI agents that actually do the work — researching accounts, personalizing outreach, and advancing pipelines while sellers focus on closing deals. We're a small, fast-moving Series A team taking on one of software's most entrenched categories, and we're winning.

About the Design Team

You'll join a four-person design team and report to the Head of Design. Design at Rox has a seat at every marketing decision. We're hands-on builders who move fast with Figma, shipping on weekly sprints. The patterns we set now will define how the future of revenue intelligence looks and feels - and that includes every pixel a customer sees before they ever log in.

About the Role

You'll own all brand and marketing design at Rox — from social graphics and campaign creative to website illustrations and conference assets. Every customer-facing touchpoint outside the product is your canvas.

We're looking for someone who obsesses over visual craft, moves fast in Figma, and can produce polished, on-brand work across a wide range of formats — banners, landing pages, motion graphics, architecture diagrams, and everything in between. If you care deeply about brand coherence and love turning abstract product narratives into clear, compelling visuals, this will feel like home.

What You'll Do

  • Design and produce brand-consistent visuals across marketing and social — banners, OG images, announcements, ad variants, and campaign creative

  • Own conference and event branding end-to-end — logo, signage, screen animations, social assets

  • Create illustrations, animations, and video assets for the website, landing pages, and product storytelling

  • Build motion and animation assets using Jitter, After Effects, or similar tools with Lottie export support

  • Design sales enablement materials, architecture diagrams, and other product marketing assets

  • Develop brand systems for new initiatives — e.g., Rox Academy (logo, badges, course thumbnails, certificates)

  • Maintain and refine Rox's visual identity across all channels — digital, social, print, and event

  • Collaborate closely with the Design and Marketing teams to keep creative output aligned with product and GTM strategy

What Success Looks Like

  • First few days: Batch design 15 visuals for upcoming LinkedIn posts, get set up in Figma, review existing brand files, and familiarize yourself with Rox's visual identity and current marketing assets

  • First few weeks: Daily iterations on ad variants, clean and organize the Figma brand file, deliver your first set of social graphics and OG images, and begin producing assets for an active campaign or launch

  • First few months: Own end-to-end brand and marketing design — from campaign creative and conference assets to website illustrations and architecture diagrams — with a polished, cohesive visual system across all channels

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong command of layout, color, typography, and motion — production-quality visual design

  • Proficiency with Figma and experience maintaining brand files and design systems

  • Experience with animation and motion tools (Jitter, After Effects, or similar)

  • Comfort using AI-assisted tools (e.g., Claude) for ideation and creative workflows

  • Background in startups or small teams where you owned the full scope of brand and marketing design

Why This Role Exists

Rox is defining a new category of software, and how we show up visually matters. Every social post, conference booth, and diagram shapes how the market understands what we're building. This role exists to make sure that story is told with clarity, craft, and consistency — everywhere customers encounter Rox.

If you want real ownership over a brand at a company defining the future of AI-native revenue systems, this is one of those rare roles where your fingerprints will still be visible years from now.
