Your Role
As a Regional Vice President at Rox, you’ll lead a small, high-performing team of AEs focused on closing strategic deals with some of the most innovative GTM teams in the world.
You’ll be responsible for coaching, scaling, and operationalizing our early sales motion – while staying close to customers, product, and deal execution. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll help refine our value narrative, improve win rates, and build the foundation for a world-class sales org.
You’ll work closely with founders and GTM leadership to build repeatable processes, identify new opportunities, and help drive the next phase of Rox’s growth.
Responsibilities
Hire, onboard, and coach a high-performing team of account executives
Manage day-to-day execution across pipeline generation, forecasting, and deal strategy
Partner with product and marketing to refine messaging, ICPs, and value props
Build and implement scalable sales processes and tooling
Stay close to top deals and run point on key strategic opportunities
Develop reporting and analytics to support planning and execution
Help define team culture, rituals, and performance expectations
Qualifications
4-10 years of experience leading a B2B sales team, ideally at an early-stage startup
Strong background in enterprise or mid-market SaaS sales
Proven ability to coach and develop reps through complex, high-value deals
Deep familiarity with outbound sales, value-based selling, and product-led sales motions
Operational mindset: you care about process, clarity, and repeatability
Ability to zoom in and out between execution and strategy
Strong communication skills and high empathy for both customers and teammates
Bonus: Technical background or experience selling data/AI products
