Your Role
As a member of Growth Strategy at Rox, you’ll work across the entire go-to-market lifecycle with high ownership. You’ll engage directly with enterprise sales teams to drive adoption, identify key opportunities, and ensure our AI-native platform delivers real ROI. This is a highly cross-functional role where you’ll collaborate with product, engineering, and sales to shape the future of how modern revenue teams operate.
You’ll run strategic customer engagements, launch high-impact initiatives, and help scale what’s working. If you’re energized by solving real business problems, moving fast, and working closely with customers, we’d love to talk.
Responsibilities
Work across demand generation, onboarding, and post-sales success to drive adoption and impact
Lead relationships with sales leaders and executives at customer companies, uncovering pain points and proposing high-leverage solutions
Collaborate with product and engineering to turn customer feedback into roadmap input and new feature launches
Partner with customers to shape and execute strategic sales motions on Rox
Support messaging and positioning efforts based on real-world customer outcomes
Contribute to the design of internal playbooks, processes, and tooling to scale GTM
Qualifications
2+ years in a customer-facing role, with experience managing relationships with VP-level stakeholders or above
Background in go-to-market or experience working closely with enterprise GTM or finance teams
Strong balance of strategic thinking and operational execution; able to work with execs and reps in the same day
Deep empathy for enterprise customers and a passion for helping them succeed
Strong analytical mindset; comfort working with metrics, success criteria, and customer data
STEM degree or quantitative background preferred
Demonstrated interest in AI and ability to speak to current trends or tools
Previous experience in consulting, banking, or similar structured environments is a plus
