Your Role

As the Lead iOS / MacOS Engineer at Rox, you'll be at the forefront of creating AI-native experiences that seamlessly blend the Rox agent swarm capabilities with Apple desktop and mobile applications. We're not just building traditional software – we're crafting intelligent applications that understand, adapt, and respond to users and companies. By leveraging cutting-edge AI capabilities and deep OS-level integrations, you'll help develop applications that transform revenue teams.

Your mission will be to architect and develop applications that make the agent swarm feel natural and intuitive across all platforms. This includes building sophisticated systems that can process and respond to real-time audio, understand context from system-level events, and create fluid interactions between users and agents. Working closely with our product team and customers, you'll take ownership of the entire development lifecycle – from conceptualization to deployment – ensuring our applications are visually stunning, intuitive and high-performing.

We're looking for someone who can push the boundaries of what's possible when AI meets native applications. You'll be instrumental in crafting experiences that feel less like using software and more like working with an intelligent partner. If you're passionate about creating polished, professional-grade applications and are excited about the intersection of AI and platform development, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• High Ownership: Ability to do E2E design and implement scalable systems independently, define/understand requirements and write clean code

• Customers First: Engage closely with customers to understand requests, join customer calls and ship out solutions working closely with product and AI engineers

• Operations: Be obsessed about operations and strive to ensure that there is minimal to no downtime or impact to the customer

• Bias for action: Ability to work and ship in a fast paced environment with weekly deliverables; has founder-energy to work with as minimal direction as possible

• Be Curious: Curious to learn, work hard and have a growth mindset

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science or related field

• Experience building native applications in SwiftUI

• Demonstrated cross-platform engineering experience with direct engagement with customers

• Deep curiosity with AI products, expressed through research, projects, etc.

• Be located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco
