About the Role

We’re looking for an Onboarding Manager to join our Customer Experience & Services team. Your mission? Help customers and partners successfully adopt Rossum — guiding them through onboarding, reducing friction in their workflows, and enabling them to get the most out of our platform.

You’ll play a key role in scaling our partner-driven strategy, empowering partners to become confident and independent Rossum experts. If you love creating smooth onboarding experiences, thinking in systems, and collaborating across teams — we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be a critical contributor to our Implementation Services efforts — working directly with customers, supporting partners, and constantly improving how we onboard at scale.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Guide new customers through onboarding, from initial configuration to full adoption

  • Onboard and enable delivery partners, improving processes and documentation

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with both customers and partners

  • Train stakeholders, share best practices, and support change management

  • Partner with Solution Architects on complex implementations

  • Customize product setups to align with customer workflows

  • Collaborate with Product, CX, and Sales to refine onboarding journeys

  • Track adoption and time-to-value using data, and iterate accordingly

Who You Are

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • 3+ years experience in onboarding, implementation, or technical support (B2B SaaS preferred)

  • Familiarity with Python, APIs, JSON/XML, and integrations (e.g. SFTP/S3)

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • A customer-first mindset with a bias for action and ownership

  • Bonus points for experience with Rossum, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, or Tableau

What Success Looks Like

Within 3 Months

  • Complete Rossum platform certification and all onboarding tool training by Month 1.

  • Build strong relationships with key accounts and internal Solution Architects.

  • Identify and document 3–5 “quick win” onboarding improvements.

Within 6 Months

  • Standardise onboarding templates and documentation, reducing average onboarding cycle by 15%.

  • Successfully lead and deliver your first end-to-end project implementation for a key account, meeting all defined success criteria.

  • Achieve 90% customer onboarding satisfaction score in post-implementation surveys.

Within 12 Months

  • Own an initiative of your choice that pushes the boundaries of how we onboard, focusing on creative ways to boost efficiency.

  • Improve customer time-to-value by 25% through process optimisations.

  • Build and execute a game plan to turn your successful projects into customer success stories and references.
