About the Role

We are looking for a Field & Partner Marketing Manager to join our Demand Generation team. In this role, you’ll drive regional pipeline growth across EMEA through high-touch field marketing and partner-led programs. Your mission is to turn local market insight and partner collaboration into marketing programs that accelerate deals, strengthen relationships, and make Rossum more visible where it matters most.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Partnerships, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation to plan, execute, and measure regional initiatives—from partner events and executive roundtables to webinars and local campaigns. This is a hands-on role where strong execution, collaboration, and learning from results matter more than big promises.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Pipeline Growth: Assist in the creation, execution, and measurement of regional field marketing programs, including executive events, webinars, roundtables, sponsorships, and local campaigns.

  • Partner Collaboration: Plan and execute co-marketing initiatives with strategic and regional partners, ensuring strong partner engagement and consistent Rossum visibility.

  • Liaison & Support: Act as the key marketing liaison for partners in-region, supporting enablement, joint events, and pipeline acceleration activities.

  • Targeted Messaging: Collaborate across teams to develop localized messaging and assets for specific personas, industries, and partner-led opportunities.

  • Event Management: Manage end-to-end logistics for regional and partner events, including vendors, venues, speakers, and on-site execution.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Track and analyze performance metrics, including partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, and share actionable insights to improve ROI.

Who You Are

  • Experienced Marketer: You have 4+ years of experience in field or regional marketing within a B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environment.

  • Execution-Focused: You have a hands-on track record of planning and executing marketing programs that drive pipeline and customer engagement.

  • Collaborative: You are a strong cross-functional collaborator, comfortable working with Sales, Partnerships, and Product Marketing teams.

  • Organized: You possess solid project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once in a fast-paced environment.

  • Data-Fluent: You have a data-driven mindset and feel confident using tools like Salesforce or HubSpot to analyze performance.

  • Flexible & Mobile: You are based in EMEA and willing to travel approximately 20% for events.

What Success Looks Like

  • Within 3 Months: Build strong relationships with regional teams, get up to speed on Rossum’s partners and priorities, and support ongoing events.

  • Within 6 Months: Independently plan and execute regional initiatives while delivering clear reporting on pipeline influence.

  • Within 12 Months: Establish a repeatable, scalable field and partner marketing motion for EMEA and become a trusted regional partner to Sales and Partnerships.
